The Town Council is a consultee on all ELDC planning applications relating to Horncastle.
The Planning and Development Committee has delegated powers to consider these planning applications, tree works, and street naming applications on behalf of the Town Council and provide a response to ELDC.

Chairman: Brian Burbidge
Vice Chairman: Mark Everton
Councillors: Angela Birchall, Terry Macarthy and Mike Beecham
Meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 7.00pm. Except in December when the meeting is held on the second Monday.
